Clareview is a complex project for the NE Zone in Edmonton which was lacking recreational assets. The project is a testament to the work of the architectural team(s), the City of Edmonton and the various stakeholders, addressing the needs of the NE Zone with visionary design and a cost per square foot below $290.
The project integrates the branch library for the area, the recreation centre, community meeting facilities, a childcare centre and a new Catholic high school completion centre (Cardinal Collins High School Academic Centre).
The new $95 Million Clareview Recreation Centre and Library is an impressive 32,237 square meters and incorporates the newly renovated Clareview Twin Arena into a diverse multipurpose recreation facility.
