As part of an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) team along with Delnor Construction and subject-matter experts Number 10 Architectural Group of Winnipeg, ACI Architects is excited to have been awarded the delivery of two new schools by the Edmonton Public School Board (EPSB).
Pilot Sound will be a K-6 school with a capacity of 600 students to be built in the growing northeast Edmonton community of McConachie
Larkspur will serve 900 grade 7-9 students in Meadows in southeast Edmonton.
EPSB as well as engineering sub-consultants and construction sub-trades will be integral to the development and delivery of these two innovative 21st-century learning environments. Total project budget is set at $41.5million with an additional investment of $750,000 earmarked for the integration of solar technologies. The new schools are slated to receive their first students in 2020
