This Cadillac Dealership marks the first Cadillac exclusive dealership in Edmonton, making it a milestone building for both the brand and the city. With open lines of communication between the global brand's design team, ACI Architects Inc. and Delnor Construction, issues that arose were handled quickly and easily.

The bulk of the building is constructed of pre-manufactured insulated concrete panels, which allowed the building, dividing fire wall and elevator core to be erected in a matter of weeks. The building hosts a massive two storey showroom with full height glazing. Ten full height glass front sales offices connect to a large customer lounge. The dealership is complete with a twelve bay, 900 m², service garage, complete with a three bay detailing centre.
