ACI Architects and our consultant team were retained by Jen-Col to work collaboratively as the Architect and Engineers of Record for this Design Build K-12, 400 student capacity school. The overall permanent core school is 3,597 m² with 6 attached modulars.

The design has a central Gathering area which is the heart of the school. The dual purpose music room/stage opens onto this space and through to the gymnasium. The survey and the CTS are adjacent functions and act as a direct shared connection to the Central gathering area.

Other than the shared central areas, the school has been designed in zones to suit grade levels so that higher grades have easy access to the more advanced CTS classrooms, while kindergarten and lower grades have their own spaces and facilities.
